I am writing this letter of support for Dave and the great work he has done over the years with his education projects. I was Head of Marketing at Newcastle Falcons Rugby Club and then I held the position of Community Marketing Manager at Premier Rugby Ltd (the organising body of the 12 Premiership Rugby Union Clubs). During this time, I engaged with Dave on various education projects as well as game day events at Twickenham and the RFU Marketing Awards event presentations.

The word that immediately springs to mind with Dave is innovation. He has developed a concept that was new but most importantly exciting, challenging and very rewarding for young people. The education projects worked for all the partners. For schools it engaged the pupils in a way that they previously hadn't been taught. For the clubs involved it offered a completely new way to interact with a group of people who would previously have not considered being involved with professional sport. The young people got a once in a lifetime opportunity to perform on the big stage and meet professional sportsmen.

In each and every project that I partnered Dave with I found him and his staff to be very professional and the work completed on time and to a very high standard. The role and scope of the work is very much an operational one but should the opportunity and need ever arise in the future to partner with Dave, I would not hesitate to do so.
